Email flows that earn their place in the customer journey.
Build lifecycle messages around customer context, not a crowded automation map.

Begin with useful moments
Prioritize the messages customers genuinely need: a clear welcome, order context, considered product guidance, and timely replenishment where it fits the purchase cycle.
Connect message and storefront
An email should continue the same product story, offer, and visual language customers find on the site. Remove the disconnect between campaign promise and landing experience.
Measure more than sends
Review clicks, conversion, unsubscribes, and the quality of the next visit. The goal is not more automation; it is a more relevant relationship with the customer.
