Agency perspective · 4 min read
What belongs in a better agency brief?
A clear starting point helps both sides choose the right work.

Share the business context
Describe your offer, audience, current platform, and what is working today. Include the problems you can observe, rather than only the solution you expect.
Define the priorities
Name the most important goal, the constraints, and the decisions already made. Share a realistic budget range and the reason for your preferred timing.
Agree on ownership
Clarify who supplies content, approves work, and owns the accounts. Use collaborator access and keep passwords out of emails and project briefs.
